Community Fee
A $1,000 nonrefundable community fee is required to reserve a living unit or to be placed on the waiting list.
*The equity deposit is 50% to 96% refundable depending on your length of stay.
**The second person fee for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments is $375.
There is no second person fee charged for 2 bedroom/2 bathroom or luxury apartments.
