Bluefield Manor differs from other independent senior communities, as many support services are included in the monthly fees. Residents living in the congregate apartments receive assistance with tasks associated with maintaining a home. These supportive services include one nutritionally balanced meal per day, weekly laundering of bed linens and towels, apartment cleaning, transportation, Lifenet emergency system, and daily wellness checks. Residents living in cottages and duplexes receive assistance with lawn care and gardening, snow and trash removal, transportation, and repair and maintenance of their living unit, as well as repair, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and provided appliances. Cottages and duplexes are also provided with a Lifenet emergency system.
